I'm not hiding in the corner watching your day happen. I'll get in when I need to, give you direction when you need it, and get out of the way when the moment is yours.

My brain has approximately 47 tabs open at all times, so you can bet I’m thinking three steps ahead.
I notice the little things. I make plans, backup plans, and probably a backup for the backup.
And when your wedding day inevitably throws a curveball? I’m pretty good at rolling with it.
You also don’t have to know what to do in front of my camera. I’ll give you direction, help you feel comfortable, and keep things moving without making you feel like you’re performing.
THE LEAST STUFFY WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
I'm not a regular wedding photographer. I'm the one you actually want hanging out with you all day.
I'm not here to hide in a bush with a 70-200 and yell at you to "act natural."
I'm here to be an extension of your people—the one who knows when to step in and give you some direction, when to back off and let a moment happen, and when you just need someone to say, "Yep. That was freaking great. Do it again."
You don't need to know how to pose. You don't need to be "photogenic." And you definitely don't need to spend your wedding day performing for my camera.
I'll help you feel comfortable, keep things moving, and make sure we get the good stuff without turning your entire day into one giant photoshoot.
STORY OVER PERFECTION
Your wedding isn't a styled shoot. Things will happen. Someone will cry. Someone will probably lose a shoe. Your dress might get a little dirty. You'll laugh at something that wasn't supposed to be funny.

Those are the things you'll actually remember.
DIRECTION WITHOUT THE WEIRDNESS
I'll tell you where to stand, what to do, and where to put your hands when you need it. Because standing in front of a camera while someone says "just be natural" is about as helpful as it sounds.
But I'm not going to manufacture every second of your day. There's a difference between giving you direction and making you feel like you're performing.
